  • Ensure that any content provided does not violate third-party copyrights or laws.

Failure to comply may result in delays or project cancellation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and designs created by WebForest remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, ownership rights may be transferred as agreed in the project scope.

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Invoices must be paid on time as per the agreed payment schedule.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
  • Refunds are not applicable once work has commenced unless otherwise specified in a signed contract.
